  The trainers at Dunamis are amazing! They take the time to figure out what you are looking to achieve from your workouts, then help you reach those goals! After a previous injury I was in pain when I excised and was unable to lift much weight. The trainers not only helped me gain my strength and mobility back, but I am no longer in pain when I workout!! By far the best gym I've ever been a part of!!
